The first game of the long weekend heralded the return to the 'Wood of our now annual 'Outwood Hundred'.
Two teams of players pitted team mate against team mate, and mixed age, experience, youth and skill into a blend that made for a fun and fabulous day's cricket.
There was plenty of banter and needle as team mates found themselves up against each other in a contest for bragging rights for the day.
In the end, Lucas's Llamas beat Dru's Dinosaurs by six runs, but with the promise of a return game in August there is a chance for revenge.
Special thanks to James for organising the teams, to Rob and Andrew for marshalling the on field activities and to Charlotte and Gayle for the fabulous cream teas and Pimms.
