On Sunday I'll be taking part in Ride London-Essex in aid of Sight for Surrey, a local charity that helps people who are visually impaired and have other sensory issues.

As a child I was fortunate enough to spend 1 year at the Royal Victorian Institute for Blind whereby I did my schooling with blind/deaf and kids with other disabilities. It was one of the most rewarding years I had and I'm more than happy to help fundraise for this amazing charity who are currently in their centenary year.
