Surrey Bowling Honours

Week three of the Play-Cricket bowling honours board included an entry for Outwood in the form of Club Captain, Matthew Norman.

In our first competitive week, Matt took six wickets for 28 runs, not only helping the first XI to a narrow win over last year's League One champions, Bearsted, but earning himself a top ten slot across all Surrey teams playing that week.

This performance at home means that Matthew is the first player on the club bowling honours board this season, as well as being the last player to do so in 2021, taking 5 for 18...also against Bearsted.
