The OCC is the data controller in respect of all personal data collected on these websites which means that we are responsible for ensuring that we do so in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulations 2018 and all other related privacy laws.

The OCC Data Protection officer is the Club Membership Secretary whose details can be found on the main website

This privacy policy explains what information we collect about you, how we use it, and the steps we take to ensure that it is kept secure. We also explain your rights and how to contact us. It should be read in conjunction with the privacy policies of both Pitchero and Play-Cricket.

Children
If you are under 16, you will need the permission of your parent or guardian before registering on our website(s) and we will require your parent or guardian to confirm that they have given permission. Data Security and Breach Policy

1. Only the personal data set out in the ‘Personal Data’ section of this policy will be requested and stored.

2. Personal Data will only be held on secure systems (such as Pitchero and Play-Cricket)

3. Personal Data may be downloaded from secure systems from time to time, for the purposes of analysis. It will be encrypted and protected by password and will be deleted after completion of the task for which it was downloaded. It will not be transmitted by electronic means to a 3rd Party.

4. Personal Data may be held on discrete spreadsheets to administer to (specifically) The Net Club and the 50 club. These spreadsheets will be encrypted and protected by password and not transmitted by electronic means from the host computer.

5. In event of a data breach the club Data Protection Compliance Officer will inform the ICO within 72 hours of being notified and individuals as soon as is practical.
