From 5pm we will be showing the England v DR Congo game in the pavilion. A match that England must win to make progress in the World Cup, the DR Congo will be dangerous opponents to overcome.

And in an eerie parallel, the sporting planets align to pitch our very own Outlaws against the London Eagles in their winner takes all match to finish second in group 11. The match starts at 6pm

Progress in the Slam depends very much on how the other groups finish, but without a win, our boys will be on their own metaphorical plane home.

So we are spoilt for choice. Make the football your hors d'ouvres, and the Outlaws your main course and support our lads, both local and not so local face their destiny and cheer them on.
