Graveney win off the Penultimate Ball

The second game in the double header showed a much improved performance from the 2nd XI albeit in a losing cause.

Batting first the 'Soops' posted a competitive 155-4 in their 20 overs. Marcus and James Malley and Sam Flatt all scored quickly taking 79 balls to put on 95 runs collectively.

In reply Graveney reached the target with one ball remaining, Jeremy Thompson proving to be their nemesis once again, scoring 36 from 11 balls coming in at number 9.

Dru Tunstall was the pick of the Outwood bowlers taking three wickets for 13 runs in three overs.

Two losses in two games, but a good run out for the players before the league starts nevertheless.
